- Embrace self-sufficiency. Even if it’s only lettuce in a pot, you can grow your own vegetables, in your own garden or a community garden. Take bags to the supermarket to cut down on plastic-carrier use.

Whether building, remodeling, or updating your décor; equipping your home with green material and products will create a more eco-friendly house. If you only make one change every month, in a year your home will have been transformed.
